Terms of Service

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any covered product or service (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional terms displayed within a specific Service also apply; if they conflict with these terms, the product-specific terms control for that Service.

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use a Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You may use the Services only lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• use a Service to violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right;
• harass, threaten, defraud, exploit, or harm another person;
• upload malware or interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of a Service;
• attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data without permission, or bypass technical limits or safeguards;
• reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from a Service except where applicable law or an express license permits it; or
• use AI features to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or dangerous content, or to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review.

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, third parties, or legal compliance.

The Services, including their software, designs, graphics, game content, characters, text, audio, trademarks, and other materials, are owned by Edmund Cinco, Edcin Games, and/or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant Edmund Cinco and Edcin Games a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.

Some Services may use artificial intelligence or automated systems. AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation. Outputs may not be unique, and similar outputs may be provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.

Do not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for qualified professional advice or use them as the sole basis for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, or other high-impact matters. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and use of outputs comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, stores, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, AI model providers, advertising networks, or other services. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Edmund Cinco and Edcin Games do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or practices.

Services may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features and compatibility may vary by device, platform, account, or location. No guarantee is made that a Service or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining any devices, connectivity, and backups needed for your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability. No advice or information obtained through a Service creates a warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDMUND CINCO AND EDCIN GAMES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR OTHER ISSUES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON ANY APPLICATIONS, GAMES, AI AGENTS, AGENTIC AI SOLUTIONS, SOFTWARE, OR OTHER DIGITAL PRODUCTS DEVELOPED OR PUBLISHED BY EDMUND CINCO AND/OR EDCIN GAMES.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if the possibility of harm was known or should have been known. It does not limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Edmund Cinco and Edcin Games from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, or your material breach of these terms or another person’s rights.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the Services, business practices, or applicable law. The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, additional notice will be provided. Continuing to use a Service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another forum. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
