Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal information may be handled across all applications, games, AI agents, agentic AI solutions, software, websites, and other digital products developed or published by Edmund Cinco and/or Edcin Games.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you access or use a covered product or service (collectively, the “Services”). A particular Service may provide an additional privacy notice describing product-specific practices. If that notice conflicts with this policy, the product-specific notice controls for that Service.

2. Information that may be collected

The information collected depends on the Service and the features you use. It may include:

  • Information you provide, such as your name, email address, account details, support messages, survey responses, and content you submit;
  • Usage and technical information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, app version, language, identifiers, crash reports, diagnostics, log data, referring pages, and interactions with features;
  • Game and application data, such as progress, preferences, achievements, settings, session activity, and saved content;
  • Transaction information, such as purchase, subscription, and entitlement records. Payment-card details are generally processed by the relevant app store or payment provider rather than directly by us;
  • AI interaction data, such as prompts, files, instructions, tool activity, agent actions, responses, feedback, and related metadata; and
  • Information from third parties, such as an app store, platform, sign-in provider, analytics provider, or service you choose to connect.

3. How information may be used

Information may be processed to:

  • provide, operate, personalize, and maintain the Services;
  • authenticate users, process transactions, and manage accounts or entitlements;
  • respond to inquiries, provide support, and send service-related communications;
  • understand usage, measure performance, fix errors, and improve products and features;
  • develop, test, evaluate, and safeguard AI and other automated functionality;
  • detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of applicable terms;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce or defend legal rights; and
  • send marketing communications where permitted by law and, when required, with your consent. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Processing is based on one or more lawful grounds applicable to the circumstances, including your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, protection of vital interests, or legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights.

4. AI-related data processing

When you use an AI-enabled Service, information you submit may be sent to AI model, hosting, retrieval, transcription, moderation, or tool providers to generate responses or carry out requested actions. Inputs, outputs, and feedback may also be reviewed or processed to monitor safety, investigate abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the relevant Service, subject to product settings and applicable law.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential material, or another person’s information unless it is necessary, you are authorized to do so, and the Service is intended to process it. Automated outputs may contain inferences about submitted data; review them carefully before using or sharing them.

5. How information may be shared

Information may be disclosed to:

  • vendors and service providers that support hosting, cloud storage, AI processing, analytics, crash reporting, communications, customer support, payments, security, and other operations;
  • platforms or services you connect to or direct a Service to interact with, according to your instructions;
  • professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or address legal claims; and
  • a buyer, successor, or relevant counterparty in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Personal information is not sold for money. Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide and subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, where privacy laws may differ; appropriate safeguards will be used where required.

6. Data retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or security obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of data, the Service, user choices, and applicable law. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is legally required or permitted.

7. Data security

Reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards are used to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for protecting your devices, credentials, and account access and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to be informed about processing; access your personal information; object to or restrict processing; correct inaccurate information; request erasure or blocking; withdraw consent; receive portable data; and lodge a complaint with a privacy regulator. You may also have rights relating to damages or certain automated decisions.

To exercise a right, contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission or the appropriate regulator in your location.

9. Children’s privacy

A Service not specifically directed to children is not intended for children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their location. If parental or guardian consent is required, the Service should be used only with that consent. If you believe a child provided personal information without required authorization, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

10. Third-party services

Links, integrations, stores, advertising, and other third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies. This policy does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties, and you should review their notices before providing information.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Services, data practices, or applicable law. The updated policy will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided before material changes take effect.
